The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Nik Guldbøg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 6th minute, Marcus Vedelsten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per Bankmar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 12th minute Nikolas Ammitsted shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per Bankmar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lavrits Thorkells kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Nik Guldbøg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Helbert in the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Tor Nesner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Vøjstrup FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolas Ammitsted came free, but Per Bankmar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Lavrits Thorkells was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vøjstrup FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ottestrup SIK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vøjstrup FC's Lavrits Thorkells got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Nickolaj Gimbel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Vøjstrup FC's Per Bankmar didn't even have to move. If Nikolas Ammitsted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the game, Niko Stenbryggen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vøjstrup FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ottestrup SIK the free kick. When Marcus Vedelsten came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Ottestrup SIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Vedelsten couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the game, Nikolas Ammitsted cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Per Bankmar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nikolas Ammitsted to make the kick off. If Nikolas Ammitsted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 55 minutes, Ambrosius Dioni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vøjstrup FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ambrosius Dioni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Marcus Vedelsten came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Ottestrup SIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Vedelsten couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, Ottestrup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Helbert came free, but Nik Guldbøg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Vøjstrup FC's Allan Helbert in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 75th minute, Marcus Vedelsten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 77th minute, but Per Bankmar got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Vøjstrup FC hanging dry this time. If Nikolas Ammitsted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per Bankmar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolas Ammitsted in the 83rd minute of play. When Ambrosius Dioni came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Vøjstrup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ambrosius Dioni couldn't finish the play. If Allan Helbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikolas Ammitsted struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Per Bankmar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ottestrup SIK. Ottestrup SIK played a much better game than Vøjstrup FC and deserved their victory. The Vøjstrup FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
