The audience was convinced that Villy Lensdorf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristoffer Nolde was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Bert Okley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hassan Tornqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Tom Fauli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hoager FV reached it. If Villy Lensdorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Hoager FV were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Villy Lensdorf made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Kristjan Torgius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agri's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristjan Torgius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristoffer Nolde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Hoager FV's zone, Villy Lensdorf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristoffer Nolde came out of the goal and Villy Lensdorf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 63 minutes, Uwe Lisbøll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agri and the Hoager FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Agri got a freekick which was hit by Uwe Lisbøll. Uwe Lisbøll hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Hassan Lensbæk was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tom Fauli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Bert Okley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tom Fauli got free with Bert Okley in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tom Fauli might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bert Okley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tom Fauli ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Hoager FV's Melkior Kølander got a free kick in the 77th minute. Kristoffer Nolde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenni Ritter in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Hoager FV defense, Kristjan Torgius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristoffer Nolde. The Hoager FV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristoffer Nolde should have stopped the shot. Villy Lensdorf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristoffer Nolde having to interfere. Salomon Jastram charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salomon Jastram the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Salomon Jastram kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Villy Lensdorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristoffer Nolde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kristjan Torgius went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Agri had won after a very even match.
