After some careless play in the Vejen FC defense, Timmi Veile kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charley Bengtson. The Vejen FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charley Bengtson should have stopped the shot. After 39 minutes, Jørn Dalentoft mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ravnebjærg SIK and the Vejen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jørn Dalentoft hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charley Bengtson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicky Bardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tue Boynes having to interfere. When Kaare Underskov came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Vejen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaare Underskov couldn't finish the play. After 76 played minutes Vejen FC got a freekick which was hit by Olav Bomin. Timmi Veile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charley Bengtson having to interfere. Olav Bomin charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olav Bomin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st play minute Tobias Reisby came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tue Boynes. 1-6. When Nicky Bardi came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Vejen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicky Bardi couldn't finish the play.
