The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rudolf Helmerstad's late challenge caught a fc ivana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudolf Helmerstad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Rudolf Helmerstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, fc ivana's Louie Engtorp got a free kick in the 9th minute. fc ivana's Mikkel Vormark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Singers in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of fc ivana booed when Fjaltring was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerner Veiler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loke Vidiendal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egon Halvgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 17 played minutes Fjaltring got a freekick which was hit by Alex Øksner. Mikkel Vormark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Singers in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Erhardt Arel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The fc ivana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 27th minute, Lukas Forne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Visti Hougens got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Bøje Greenaae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fjaltring's Visti Hougens got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 41st minute of the match Rudolf Helmerstad completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rudolf Helmerstad a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After recieving a nice pass, fc ivana's Poul Grunfeld tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Fjaltring players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. fc ivana were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Erhardt Arel made the kick off in the second half. When Cristian Lynard fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fjaltring's protests and gave Cristian Lynard a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of fc ivana booed when Fjaltring was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Lynard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loke Vidiendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erhardt Arel in the 53rd minute of the match. Bøje Greenaae struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Loke Vidiendal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fc ivana. Bøje Greenaae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Loke Vidiendal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loke Vidiendal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erhardt Arel, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The tension between the fc ivana and the Fjaltring players grew even worse after the yellow card. Egon Halvgaard kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Bøje Greenaae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erhardt Arel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loke Vidiendal having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fjaltring's Gerner Veiler got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Fjaltring's goal looked a bit too open when Erhardt Arel came free, but Loke Vidiendal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 played minutes Fjaltring got a freekick which was hit by Visti Hougens. Erhardt Arel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loke Vidiendal having to interfere. After 92 played minutes fc ivana got a freekick which was hit by Julius Møgelmose. In the 95th minute, Bøje Greenaae left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The fc ivana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.
