Imran Herreholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leo Engom having to make a save. In the 7th minute Tristan Salung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Engom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A beautiful save bye Roerslev FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nyrup SIK's zone, Verner Galadrim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eske Baarstrand came out of the goal and Verner Galadrim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Verner Galadrim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viggo Kaljo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Leo Engom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Imran Herreholm went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tristan Salung to strike the kick off in the second half. If Imran Herreholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute Tristan Salung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Engom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imran Herreholm struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Leo Engom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nyrup SIK. In the 61st minute, Tristan Salung fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Klavs Jagnow's late challenge caught a Roerslev FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klavs Jagnow helped the player get up and apologised. Verner Galadrim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Eske Baarstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eske Baarstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Galadrim in the 74th minute of the match. With a little luck, Roerslev FC's Leo Engom got control of the ball when Imran Herreholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Tristan Salung recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leo Engom. Tristan Salung showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After a rather tough play, Nyrup SIK's Imran Herreholm got a free kick in the 88th minute. Mario Grønlev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Eske Baarstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nyrup SIK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
