Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ulrich Horneman took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keld Ankholt got free with Christopher Hammerborg in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stephen Schütt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulrich Horneman in the 9th minute of play. If Torsten Vilsborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flemming Almblad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torbøl FC's Keld Ankholt got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Birkerød's goalkeeper Christopher Hammerborg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Keld Ankholt. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flemming Almblad in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christopher Hammerborg saved Birkerød from getting behind. A collision led to Birkerød getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Rubert Menge hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Torbøl FC's zone, Ulrich Horneman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stephen Schütt came out of the goal and Ulrich Horneman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Birkerød booed when Torbøl FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Berantzino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulrich Horneman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Wiktor Pauking hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einar Berantzino kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Asgar Eshof was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Stephen Schütt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsten Vilsborg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stephen Schütt came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Birkerød's Torsten Vilsborg. But to his dismay, Torsten Vilsborg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Torsten Vilsborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephen Schütt having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Magnus Berkeland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torbøl FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Birkerød the free kick. A collision led to Torbøl FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Magnus Berkeland hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flemming Almblad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Keld Ankholt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Christopher Hammerborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christopher Hammerborg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keld Ankholt in the 55th minute of the match. Keld Ankholt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Hammerborg having to interfere. Keld Ankholt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christopher Hammerborg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keld Ankholt, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Flemming Almblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Christopher Hammerborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Flemming Almblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Keld Ankholt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torbøl FC were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Birkerød's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tue Grubæk took the corner. 76 minutes into the game, Ulrich Horneman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stephen Schütt. Ulrich Horneman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Torsten Vilsborg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 83rd playminute. Flemming Almblad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christopher Hammerborg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When Torbøl FC's Flemming Almblad in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Birkerød's goalie prevented a goal. In the 93rd minute, Keld Ankholt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 96 minutes, Keld Ankholt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torbøl FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Keld Ankholt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Birkerød's zone, Flemming Almblad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Hammerborg came out of the goal and Flemming Almblad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Although Torbøl FC had been in control for most of the match, Birkerød still came away with the win.
