After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Walentin Krandrup managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rumperup's supporters rose to their feet, but Walentin Krandrup was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sepp Skands breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, The Kids's goal looked a bit too open when Walentin Krandrup came free, but Sepp Skands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute of the match, Eddy Toxholm got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sepp Skands was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tristan Odderskjær hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walentin Krandrup in the 16th minute of play forced The Kids's goalkeeper Sepp Skands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Sophus Gunvald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederick Dreist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Rumperup defense, Melchior Sventilius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederick Dreist. The Rumperup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederick Dreist should have stopped the shot. Eddi Botha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Sepp Skands tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Eddy Toxholm made a precise shot to the right of Sepp Skands. The Kids's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in The Kids's zone, Eddi Botha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sepp Skands came out of the goal and Eddi Botha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sophus Gunvald made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Sophus Gunvald tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Frederick Dreist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eddy Toxholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddy Toxholm in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sepp Skands prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sophus Gunvald in the 63rd minute of play forced Rumperup's goalkeeper Frederick Dreist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Rumperup's Frederick Dreist got control of the ball when Melchior Sventilius tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 66 played minutes The Kids got a freekick which was hit by Sophus Gunvald. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walentin Krandrup in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sepp Skands saved The Kids from getting behind. Frederick Dreist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sophus Gunvald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddy Toxholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rumperup's zone, Melchior Sventilius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederick Dreist came out of the goal and Melchior Sventilius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sepp Skands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walentin Krandrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, Rumperup's Eddi Botha got a free kick in the 96th minute. Sophus Gunvald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frederick Dreist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the The Kids players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rumperup.
