Olle Iskov might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruddi Gording. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olle Iskov ran back to his position shaking his head. Ruddi Gording made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigurd Tornov in the 25th minute of play. Ruddi Gording made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olle Iskov in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lindeskov FC's zone, Tony Jendrup stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Askild Mallow came out of the goal and Tony Jendrup tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sigurd Tornov came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Lindeskov FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigurd Tornov couldn't finish the play. Ruddi Gording made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Olle Iskov sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigurd Tornov in the 41st minute of play forced Tranholm FC's goalkeeper Ruddi Gording to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruddi Gording showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigurd Tornov, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sigurd Tornov struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ruddi Gording didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lindeskov FC. After some careless play in the Tranholm FC defense, Sigurd Tornov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruddi Gording. The Tranholm FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruddi Gording should have stopped the shot. Sigurd Tornov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruddi Gording having to interfere. Lindeskov FC's Olle Iskov got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruddi Gording stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olle Iskov's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 72 played minutes Tranholm FC got a freekick which was hit by Eyvin Engbjørn. Harold Kjærud was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Lindeskov FC's Olle Iskov got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruddi Gording made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olle Iskov in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigurd Tornov in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruddi Gording saved Tranholm FC from getting behind. Tranholm FC's Ruddi Gording played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigurd Tornov in the 86th minute of play. Lars Døssing kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Lindeskov FC's Sigurd Tornov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruddi Gording narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olle Iskov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ruddi Gording tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
