In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Krummeled's goalkeeper Jan Strynbo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Tåbel FV's Dirch Burchardi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Strynbo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hemming Ejly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tejs Vidriksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sigvart Avnborg made a kick off. Dirch Burchardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Strynbo having to interfere. When Sigvart Avnborg came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Tåbel FV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigvart Avnborg couldn't finish the play. Krummeled's Jan Strynbo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Krummeled from getting a goal against them. Dirch Burchardi came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jan Strynbo could save by the left post. Klaus Schramm took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tejs Vidriksen. Tejs Vidriksen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Tejs Vidriksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Krummeled's goalkeeper Jan Strynbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dirch Burchardi. Sigvart Avnborg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Strynbo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Klaus Schramm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tejs Vidriksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dirch Burchardi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Jan Strynbo made a huge save. Harald Lesnov kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Krummeled fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tåbel FV had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
