Jesper Golbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes, René Vesterdorf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Studsbøl SIK and the Det Gyldne Eventyr players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nichlas Karas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gotfred Borsted, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Nichlas Karas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ole Sletner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicko Bredum made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ole Sletner in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nichlas Karas saved Det Gyldne Eventyr from getting behind. Gotfred Borsted fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichlas Karas having to interfere. A hard shot 58 in the game by Gotfred Borsted from a close distance when the talented Nichlas Karas managed to make a qualified save. Det Gyldne Eventyr's players were relieved. Nicko Bredum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Boye Delboe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesper Golbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
