After having played for 19 minutes, Jannick Thusager managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dölby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jannick Thusager was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jannick Thusager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Claes Rosschou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hansmorten Kindsholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Lundby's goal looked a bit too open when Jannick Thusager came free, but Sten Friisvang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Haarsted during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Lundby. The wind increased when Jannick Thusager made the kick off in the second half. Claes Rosschou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hansmorten Kindsholm having to interfere. Dölby's Simon Nexø got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jannick Thusager sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Claes Rosschou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jannick Thusager got free with Sten Friisvang in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 74 played minutes Lundby got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Garder. In the 75th minute, Lundby's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jannick Thusager fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Claes Rosschou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lundby's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Rosschou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hansmorten Kindsholm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berthel Axelstrøm scored 3-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hansmorten Kindsholm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simon Nexø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
