Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) If Ralph Ulbak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Nielstrup's goal looked a bit too open when Torben Reippuert came free, but Iver Birgertoft reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ralph Ulbak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Nielstrup's goal looked a bit too open when Paw Hedeskov came free, but Iver Birgertoft reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Kornelius Corvinus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nielstrup's supporters rose to their feet, but Kornelius Corvinus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Sterll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 played minutes Saxild got a freekick which was hit by Tyge Bøhnke. Saxild's Torben Reippuert got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henning Dam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iver Birgertoft having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Vagnar Falskov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nielstrup's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saxild the free kick. Vagnar Falskov kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Niels Dragsbæk charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niels Dragsbæk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Niels Dragsbæk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Torben Reippuert came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Saxild fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torben Reippuert couldn't finish the play. Paw Hedeskov's late challenge caught a Nielstrup's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paw Hedeskov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Saxild was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paw Hedeskov to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Paw Hedeskov made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Nielstrup's Iver Birgertoft got control of the ball when Paw Hedeskov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nielstrup's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maurits Cramwikt in the 60th minute. Saxild's Marc Sterll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph Ulbak in the 62nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tyge Bøhnke during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Saxild's Tyge Bøhnke got a free kick in the 64th minute. Iver Birgertoft took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paw Hedeskov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dick Fløistrup charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dick Fløistrup the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dick Fløistrup hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kornelius Corvinus in the 79th minute of play forced Saxild's goalkeeper Marc Sterll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Nielstrup got a freekick which was hit by Vagnar Falskov. Niels Dragsbæk got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 90th minute, Niels Dragsbæk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torben Reippuert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Iver Birgertoft tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Saxild fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Saxild's Torben Reippuert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Saxild walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
