Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Grøttrup SIK's Nichlas Lindboe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zacharias Blaagaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Askild Pelborg in the 2nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Grøttrup SIK's zone, Nicki Grumsted stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacharias Blaagaard came out of the goal and Nicki Grumsted tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmund Langdill's late challenge caught a Grøttrup SIK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmund Langdill helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Hundstrup AC got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Langdill. In the 14th minute, Thorfinn Elby sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hundstrup AC's Anthon Pronk didn't even have to move. Nichlas Lindboe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthon Pronk having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Wilhelm Rosent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thorfinn Elby took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anthon Pronk. Hundstrup AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Hundstrup AC booed when Grøttrup SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aske Gimsing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grøttrup SIK's Jørg Scheegell got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 44th minute of the match Edmund Langdill completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Edmund Langdill a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Edmund Langdill hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Jørg Scheegell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicki Grumsted to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Jørg Scheegell lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Anthon Pronk. After having played for 59 minutes, Nicki Grumsted managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hundstrup AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicki Grumsted was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jørg Scheegell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthon Pronk having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Wilhelm Rosent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elmer Graven kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichlas Lindboe in the 74th minute of play forced Hundstrup AC's goalkeeper Anthon Pronk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Jørg Scheegell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anthon Pronk. Hundstrup AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jørg Scheegell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Torleif Ahrengot hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes, Askild Pelborg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hundstrup AC and the Grøttrup SIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Hundstrup AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Askild Pelborg to maneuver through the defense. Nichlas Lindboe struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Anthon Pronk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grøttrup SIK. Jørg Scheegell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anthon Pronk having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Hundstrup AC's Wilhelm Rosent got a free kick in the 86th minute. Nichlas Lindboe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anthon Pronk came out and tried to block the shot, but Nichlas Lindboe slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 95th minute. When the match was over Grøttrup SIK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hundstrup AC throughout the match.
