The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jari Gardar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vagner Jeiner in the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Chivas Seahawks's zone, Timo Dittrich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Stokking came out of the goal and Timo Dittrich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Timo Dittrich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8thth minute of the game Rico Malfred who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flensted FC's Jari Gardar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Hagbart Lippmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Ditlev Starfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Timo Dittrich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flensted FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Timo Dittrich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Stokking breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute Hagbart Lippmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Stokking saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rico Malfred received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Timo Dittrich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jari Gardar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rico Malfred in the 95th minute of the match. Jari Gardar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rico Malfred went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. SC Chivas Seahawks walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
