Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benny Niedersøe started the match with the kick off. Piet Lebrinne made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Carsten Hitzner sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rico Spangsholm during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rico Spangsholm kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 9 minutes, Kalle Meilholm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wycombe Wanderers and the Sletenge FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Kalle Meilholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Piet Lebrinne was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elo Frøyr. Carsten Hitzner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Wycombe Wanderers's Piet Lebrinne got control of the ball when Carsten Hitzner tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Marcos Nurby fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sletenge FV's protests and gave Marcos Nurby a yellow card for diving instead. Marcos Nurby kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Wycombe Wanderers's Niels Dvoracek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tony Elfrom. Tony Elfrom yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Terkel Walker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Tony Elfrom made a huge save. If Benny Niedersøe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benny Niedersøe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 83 minutes, Benny Niedersøe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sletenge FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benny Niedersøe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fritz Nørklit hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Niels Dvoracek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Elfrom having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sletenge FV's Rico Spangsholm got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute Wycombe Wanderers were awarded a corner. Fillip Bjergaarde went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Fillip Bjergaarde almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sletenge FV's Tony Elfrom did a great save. Niels Dvoracek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Elfrom having to interfere. Piet Lebrinne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carsten Hitzner in the 96th minute of the match. The Wycombe Wanderers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Wycombe Wanderers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
