Thorleif Kotyza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Calle Krenk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Diernæs FC's Micky Bess got a free kick in the 16th minute. Oluf Bjergaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesper Brundbjerg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Øgelund AC's Calle Krenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorleif Kotyza in the 33rd minute of play. Rollo Ralkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calle Krenk having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rollo Ralkov got free with Calle Krenk in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Oluf Bjergaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diernæs FC's Finn Dadler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ejnar Freman in the 43rd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oluf Bjergaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ejnar Freman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Finn Dadler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Oluf Bjergaard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Finn Dadler. That made the score 0-1 in the 57 minute of play. In the 61st minute Oluf Bjergaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Finn Dadler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diernæs FC's Finn Dadler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oluf Bjergaard in the 63rd minute of play. Rollo Ralkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Øgelund AC's goalkeeper Calle Krenk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Calle Krenk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorleif Kotyza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st match minute, Øgelund AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Haers to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Oluf Bjergaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ejnar Freman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calle Krenk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rollo Ralkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Ejnar Freman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Finn Dadler firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Kennet Heltvig fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diernæs FC's protests and gave Kennet Heltvig a yellow card for diving instead. Kennet Heltvig kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Øgelund AC got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Haers. Øgelund AC's Ejnar Freman got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Øgelund AC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
