Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Tømmerup's Kristen Frier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Oldham Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Hauptmann. In the 3rd minute, Aske Brøndgaard made a precise shot to the right of Joseph Foldberg. Oldham Athletic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, Tømmerup's goal looked a bit too open when Ewald Truzman came free, but Jim Skovbryn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jim Skovbryn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Sandstrøm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Oldham Athletic's Ewald Truzman in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 34th minute, Aske Brøndgaard made a precise shot to the right of Joseph Foldberg. Oldham Athletic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. André Sandstrøm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 39 minutes, André Sandstrøm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oldham Athletic's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Sandstrøm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jim Skovbryn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ewald Truzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Jim Skovbryn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ewald Truzman in the 42nd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a little luck, Tømmerup's Jim Skovbryn got control of the ball when André Sandstrøm tried to sneak it across the goal line. André Sandstrøm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jim Skovbryn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jim Skovbryn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ewald Truzman in the 61st minute of the match. When Oldham Athletic's Ewald Truzman in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eric Birgren hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After having played for 86 minutes, André Sandstrøm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oldham Athletic's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Sandstrøm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jim Skovbryn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claus Telemark, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Georg Nellegart came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Tømmerup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Georg Nellegart couldn't finish the play. Oldham Athletic's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Tømmerup had won, even though Oldham Athletic had held more of the ball.
