Wagner Dahlquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volmer Stoere having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Badstrup FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Beran to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute of the match Ottersbøl got a corner. Badstrup FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Christopher Lehnsted ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ronni Flensdorf tried in the 52nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Volmer Stoere a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristoffer Fjallheim to make the kick off.
