The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Calle Hinding kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Torkild Slidsborg hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. If Alexander Passov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute Cristoffer Fjallheim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Svaneholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Guldabe's goal looked a bit too open when Sonni Heiden came free, but Ronny Svaneholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Passov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the game, Guldabe's Calle Hinding nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Volmer Stoere made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 25 played minutes Badstrup FC got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Hjarsen. In the 27th play minute Nis Saustrup came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ronny Svaneholm. 1-1. After some careless play in the Badstrup FC defense, Villiam Bjerrehave kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Volmer Stoere. The Badstrup FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volmer Stoere should have stopped the shot. Nis Saustrup could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ronny Svaneholm made a huge save. Guldabe were furious when Karlo Stjerneblinck was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Guldabe's Karlo Stjerneblinck got a free kick in the 41st minute. Ronny Svaneholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertrand Milgren in the 45th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonni Heiden in the 47th minute of play forced Guldabe's goalkeeper Ronny Svaneholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristoffer Fjallheim to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Badstrup FC's zone, Mouritz Videnkjær stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Volmer Stoere came out of the goal and Mouritz Videnkjær tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Badstrup FC's Andy Krejtoft got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 56 played minutes, Guldabe's Torkild Slidsborg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Volmer Stoere came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Guldabe reached it. Volmer Stoere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Passov in the 62nd minute of play. Alexander Passov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Calle Hinding struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Volmer Stoere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guldabe. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nis Saustrup in the 75th minute of play forced Guldabe's goalkeeper Ronny Svaneholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alexander Passov came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Guldabe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Passov couldn't finish the play. Herbert Bøysen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Volmer Stoere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 minutes, Villiam Bjerrehave mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guldabe and the Badstrup FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Guldabe got a freekick which was hit by Villiam Bjerrehave. Ulrik Beran hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Herbert Bøysen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronny Svaneholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonni Heiden in the 98th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Guldabe had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
