Terri Næraa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Mourits Laxfeldt made a huge save. In the 12th minute, Flemming Ramvad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute, Gjerup's Flemming Ramvad ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mourits Laxfeldt. Mourits Laxfeldt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Terri Næraa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mourits Laxfeldt having to make a save. In the 26th minute, Gjerup's Flemming Ramvad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Torben Krejlund got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gjerup's Klavs Skjerner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bastian Rosentjørn in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Klattrup's Janus Hørbæk got a free kick in the 36th minute. Klavs Skjerner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bastian Rosentjørn went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Emmanuel Stablewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Bastian Rosentjørn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Emmanuel Stablewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Klavs Skjerner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emmanuel Stablewski in the 64th minute. Klavs Skjerner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bastian Rosentjørn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gjerup's Klavs Skjerner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Gjerup from getting a goal against them. Klavs Skjerner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bastian Rosentjørn's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 76 minutes into the match, Gjerup's goalkeeper Klavs Skjerner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Stetler. The supporters of Klattrup booed when Gjerup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torben Krejlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bastian Rosentjørn in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klavs Skjerner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Terri Næraa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mourits Laxfeldt having to interfere. Klattrup's Mourits Laxfeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flemming Ramvad in the 97th minute of play.
