When Ibrahim Colding came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the StarKad United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ibrahim Colding couldn't finish the play. Mouritz Drangastein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ibrahim Colding in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Herman Stutemeyer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. StarKad United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doverodde the free kick. After a rather tough play, StarKad United's Herman Stutemeyer got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute Ibrahim Colding shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mouritz Drangastein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Doverodde's Mohamed Norsman got a free kick in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Ibrahim Colding managed to get in a good position for a shot. StarKad United's supporters rose to their feet, but Ibrahim Colding was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mouritz Drangastein breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Doverodde's zone, Ibrahim Colding stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mouritz Drangastein came out of the goal and Ibrahim Colding tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the game, Ewald Manasse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mouritz Drangastein was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mouritz Drangastein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ewald Manasse in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ibrahim Colding was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, StarKad United's Ibrahim Colding nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mouritz Drangastein made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 61 minutes into the match, Ibrahim Colding had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mouritz Drangastein. Doverodde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ibrahim Colding was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Ibrahim Colding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouritz Drangastein having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, StarKad United's Ibrahim Colding sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mouritz Drangastein narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Ibrahim Colding came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the StarKad United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ibrahim Colding couldn't finish the play. Mouritz Drangastein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ewald Manasse in the 76th minute of play. Ewald Manasse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouritz Drangastein having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Ricky Daorana successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Pablo Jades had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmund Brattalid kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in StarKad United's zone, Ture Frankild stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricky Daorana came out of the goal and Ture Frankild tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ewald Manasse in the 96th minute of play forced Doverodde's goalkeeper Mouritz Drangastein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. StarKad United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
