But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Horsebøg couldn't finish the play. Freddie Haden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Horsebøg, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Miklos Fjelholt might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sigismund Heltved. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miklos Fjelholt ran back to his position shaking his head. Sigismund Heltved made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miklos Fjelholt in the 19th minute of play. Freddie Haden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Horsebøg in the 25th minute of play. Mattias Rohede succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After 31 played minutes Remmerhus FC got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Horsebøg. If Julius Litved had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Olaf Horsebøg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Remmerhus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Miklos Fjelholt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigismund Heltved having to interfere. Mattias Rohede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, FC Frispark's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Horsebøg came free, but Freddie Haden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miklos Fjelholt was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Remmerhus FC's zone, Miklos Fjelholt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Horsebøg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Freddie Haden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olaf Horsebøg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Freddie Haden read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute Miklos Fjelholt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigismund Heltved saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Rohede in the 86th minute of play forced Remmerhus FC's goalkeeper Sigismund Heltved to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sune Rogenstrup struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Freddie Haden didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Remmerhus FC.
