Kenneth Parl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Ebdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Didrik Darlet got free with Kenneth Parl in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Mathæus Nuchel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marvin Reinstein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathæus Nuchel in the 77th minute of play. Didrik Darlet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CSKA Sofia's Kenneth Parl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save CSKA Sofia from getting a goal against them.
