Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Michael Wibholm kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Tommy Harlang mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aarestrup FV and the Gummerød SIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes Aarestrup FV got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Harlang. If Rupert Heeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Wibholm in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Imran Tangemann saved Gummerød SIK from getting behind. Imran Tangemann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aake Stephan's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Michael Wibholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Imran Tangemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michael Wibholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Imran Tangemann having to interfere. Imran Tangemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Wibholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Gummerød SIK's Pelle Regaard shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 33rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Klaus Thorball but with some difficulty. In the 34th match minute, Gummerød SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Heeno to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Gummerød SIK got a freekick which was hit by Salomon Breede. In the 37th minute of the match Ansgar Kildemoes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Imran Tangemann skillfully saved the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Aake Stephan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gummerød SIK's Imran Tangemann. Imran Tangemann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Imran Tangemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Wibholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rupert Heeno made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Aarestrup FV's goal looked a bit too open when Rupert Heeno came free, but Klaus Thorball reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rupert Heeno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Klaus Thorball was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. If Aake Stephan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gummerød SIK's Fredrik Vistorp got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michael Wibholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Imran Tangemann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd match minute, Gummerød SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomon Breede to maneuver through the defense. When Gummerød SIK's Amadeus Hartvigson in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aarestrup FV's goalie prevented a goal. Klaus Thorball showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeus Hartvigson, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Michael Wibholm struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Imran Tangemann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aarestrup FV. After a defensive mix-up in Gummerød SIK's zone, Aake Stephan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Imran Tangemann came out of the goal and Aake Stephan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Imran Tangemann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Wibholm's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. In the 94th match minute, Gummerød SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jørg Stougård to maneuver through the defense. Gummerød SIK's Imran Tangemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Wibholm in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Aarestrup FV walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
