Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lommelev SIK's Maurits Sozzi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Jeksen defense, Carsten Korth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Højlt. The Jeksen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olaf Højlt should have stopped the shot. Olaf Højlt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurits Sozzi in the 6th minute of play. Lommelev SIK's Mohamed Sune played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Sanker in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Therkel Kastbjerg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jeksen's supporters rose to their feet, but Therkel Kastbjerg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohamed Sune breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maurits Sozzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olaf Højlt having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lommelev SIK's zone, Harald Sanker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohamed Sune came out of the goal and Harald Sanker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fredrik Gerild's late challenge caught a Jeksen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredrik Gerild helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Harald Sanker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mohamed Sune. That made the score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Carsten Korth made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Højlt. Jeksen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a rather tough play, Jeksen's Diego Ottenheim got a free kick in the 37th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jeksen fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! Dirch Molboe kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harald Sanker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olaf Højlt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurits Sozzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 58 played minutes Jeksen got a freekick which was hit by Therkel Kastbjerg. With a little luck, Jeksen's Olaf Højlt got control of the ball when Carsten Korth tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Maurits Sozzi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 67th minute of the match Asger Sandsberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olaf Højlt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Lommelev SIK booed when Jeksen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Nelth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olaf Højlt made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Carsten Korth sent off a good shot on target. Jeksen's Therkel Kastbjerg got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Therkel Kastbjerg off the ground. Therkel Kastbjerg hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Maurits Sozzi sped through Jeksen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olaf Højlt. If Maurits Sozzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Jeksen getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ivan Nelth hit a great ball. With a little luck, Jeksen's Olaf Højlt got control of the ball when Carsten Korth tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Lommelev SIK's Maurits Sozzi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Olaf Højlt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurits Sozzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lommelev SIK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
