Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dirk Braaby made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Eskild Obitsø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Mark Damholt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brøndsted FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mark Damholt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asmus Mol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dirk Braaby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asmus Mol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricky Loria in the 21st minute of play. Dirk Braaby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lenny Tingstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ejnar Gjeldal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Asmus Mol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricky Loria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Asmus Mol having to make a save. Ejnar Gjeldal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Eskild Obitsø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lenny Tingstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ulse booed when Brøndsted FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinhardt Vieler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eskild Obitsø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lenny Tingstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dirk Braaby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dirk Braaby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lenny Tingstedt having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricky Loria was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Mark Damholt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asmus Mol was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 60th minute Dirk Braaby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lenny Tingstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Brøndsted FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dirk Braaby came free, but Lenny Tingstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asmus Mol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricky Loria, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Eskild Obitsø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Ulse's Dirk Braaby dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dirk Braaby in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lenny Tingstedt saved Brøndsted FC from getting behind. Eskild Obitsø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Lenny Tingstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asmus Mol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricky Loria in the 87th minute of play. In the 93rd play minute Eskild Obitsø came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lenny Tingstedt. 1-2. Jakob Wangberg hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Brøndsted FC's Ricky Loria got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ulse supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ulse would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
