Boye Malmhagen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nik Seiring. Skibsted's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Freddi Hildingborg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Vinzent Fryd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Skibsted was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kalle Klodskov to maneuver through the defense. Skibsted's Nik Seiring proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Skibsted from getting a goal against them. Vinzent Fryd didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asker Melson went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Stovby booed when Skibsted was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teddy Vangborg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vinzent Fryd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddi Hildingborg in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Skibsted getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Kalle Klodskov hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Skibsted's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Allan Banling fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 45th match minute, Stovby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Hellrup to maneuver through the defense. Vinzent Fryd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddi Hildingborg in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Allan Banling to strike the kick off in the second half. Freddi Hildingborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinzent Fryd having to interfere. Freddi Hildingborg struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Vinzent Fryd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skibsted. Nik Seiring made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Banling in the 59th minute of play. With a little luck, Stovby's Vinzent Fryd got control of the ball when Asker Melson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Freddi Hildingborg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Freddi Hildingborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Asker Melson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinzent Fryd having to interfere. Skibsted's Kris Ferrini couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stovby. In the 79th minute, Skibsted's Asker Melson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vinzent Fryd. Vinzent Fryd yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. If Freddi Hildingborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Stovby's goal looked a bit too open when Freddi Hildingborg came free, but Vinzent Fryd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Skibsted booed when Stovby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boye Malmhagen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Skibsted's Asker Melson got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Skibsted left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stovby.
