Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sune Ellehaven got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Micky Nørmark got free with Chris Rosenlund in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ambrosius Jarrum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Ambrosius Jarrum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Rosenlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Katby FV's goal looked a bit too open when Sune Ellehaven came free, but Rainer Kattorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rainer Kattorp came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by B73's Kristen Bergvold. But to his dismay, Kristen Bergvold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Artur Næhrskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Viktor Siboska sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rainer Kattorp skillfully saved the ball. Micky Nørmark kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Chris Rosenlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Micky Nørmark in the 41st minute. B73's Chris Rosenlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosius Jarrum in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, B73's Kristen Bergvold sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rainer Kattorp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Katby FV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. B73 were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ambrosius Jarrum was the one to do the kick off. Sune Ellehaven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Micky Nørmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosius Jarrum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Rosenlund having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Micky Nørmark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Niki Løystrup came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Katby FV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niki Løystrup couldn't finish the play. Chris Rosenlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosius Jarrum in the 82nd minute of the match. If Sune Ellehaven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of B73 booed when Katby FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lavritz Elnif didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rainer Kattorp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sune Ellehaven in the 93rd minute of play. B73's Chris Rosenlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosius Jarrum in the 97th minute of play. The B73 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing B73 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
