FC Selling 04's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Jeslund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sigismund Bechgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Jeslund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torbjørn Kordoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylvester Baktrup took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siegmund Faddersbøll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the game, LSF Smørum's Torbjørn Kordoff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sylvester Baktrup made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Jonatan Jeslund came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the FC Selling 04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Jeslund couldn't finish the play. Siegmund Faddersbøll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylvester Baktrup having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Samuel Kenvig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LSF Smørum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Selling 04 the free kick. After 34 played minutes LSF Smørum got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Kenvig. Sigismund Bechgren made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Emmanuel Eck sent off a good shot on target. Sylvester Baktrup made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjørn Kordoff in the 42nd minute of play. Siegmund Faddersbøll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FC Selling 04 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LSF Smørum were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Jeslund made a kick off. FC Selling 04's Sylvester Baktrup proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Selling 04 from getting a goal against them. FC Selling 04's Sylvester Baktrup played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjørn Kordoff in the 55th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Siegmund Faddersbøll managed to get in a good position for a shot. LSF Smørum's supporters rose to their feet, but Siegmund Faddersbøll was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sylvester Baktrup breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emmanuel Eck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigismund Bechgren having to interfere. Torbjørn Kordoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sylvester Baktrup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LSF Smørum's Sigismund Bechgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Jeslund in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, LSF Smørum's Torbjørn Kordoff dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. LSF Smørum played a much better game than FC Selling 04 and deserved their victory. The FC Selling 04 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
