In the 9th minute of the match, Sylvester Prusse tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dick Grønsø saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Asserbo's Kornelius Stangenberg got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Eigil Boelsgaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 played minutes, Nordost's Rasmus Cato shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lukas Kenvig came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nordost reached it. Lukas Kenvig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eigil Boelsgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 24th minute, Kornelius Stangenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Trelborg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Dick Grønsø made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eigil Boelsgaard in the 43rd minute of play forced Asserbo's goalkeeper Lukas Kenvig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eigil Boelsgaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Lukas Kenvig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sylvester Prusse to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Asserbo's Osvald Plov got a free kick in the 54th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Nordost's Tommy Gudrik tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kornelius Stangenberg hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Eigil Boelsgaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Lukas Kenvig made a huge save. Lukas Kenvig was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucas Kelbro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 65 minute of play. After 68 played minutes Asserbo got a freekick which was hit by Helmer Watson. Lukas Kenvig made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Eigil Boelsgaard sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute Vincent Trelborg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Grønsø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylvester Prusse in the 81st minute of play forced Nordost's goalkeeper Dick Grønsø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eigil Boelsgaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lukas Kenvig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kornelius Stangenberg's late challenge caught a Nordost's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kornelius Stangenberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 99th match minute, Asserbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kornelius Stangenberg to maneuver through the defense. Eigil Boelsgaard came free with the goalkeeper in the 100th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lukas Kenvig could save by the left post. The Nordost players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
