In the 6th match minute, Lillerød was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thor Purtoft to maneuver through the defense. Lillerød's Kåre Widding played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mads Thingaa in the 7th minute of play. Wladimir Ingmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingolf Palshof having to interfere. With a little luck, AC Demons 's Ingolf Palshof got control of the ball when Wladimir Ingmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Wagn Reitzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wladimir Ingmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingolf Palshof having to interfere. AC Demons 's Ingolf Palshof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolaj Wermus in the 20th minute of play. Mads Thingaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AC Demons 's Wagn Reitzel got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolaj Wermus in the 35th minute of play forced AC Demons 's goalkeeper Ingolf Palshof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mads Thingaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helge Pentoft hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Imran Lynglund tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ingolf Palshof. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolaj Wermus to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Nicolaj Wermus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lillerød fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 65 minutes of play, AC Demons 's Mads Thingaa made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kåre Widding was left in no man's land by his defense there! AC Demons 's Wagn Reitzel got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mads Thingaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, AC Demons 's Mads Thingaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kåre Widding narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wagn Reitzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Kåre Widding tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolaj Wermus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ingolf Palshof having to make a save. Adam Svinding took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ingolf Palshof. AC Demons 's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mads Thingaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wagn Reitzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Kåre Widding tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thor Purtoft hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Lillerød could leave the field as winners, despite AC Demons having more of the ball for most of the match.
