In the 23rd minute, Bob Aebeloe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Rainer Steeval got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to AC Mulvad getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Joseph Grundahl hit a great ball. Folmer Vigilius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Marcus Torne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29thth minute of the game Folmer Vigilius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STARS's Marcus Torne was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rainer Steeval sped through STARS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcus Torne. If Folmer Vigilius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Torne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainer Steeval in the 36th minute of play. Folmer Vigilius struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Marcus Torne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Mulvad. In the 39th minute, Joseph Grundahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, AC Mulvad's Curt Røgter got control of the ball when Aake Vedelsbo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Folmer Vigilius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Rainer Steeval sped through STARS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcus Torne. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Folmer Vigilius to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Joseph Grundahl fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marcus Torne, passed just outside the right post. AC Mulvad's Curt Røgter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bob Aebeloe in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute, AC Mulvad's Folmer Vigilius ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcus Torne. If Folmer Vigilius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Folmer Vigilius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Torne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC Mulvad's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
