In the 4th minute Samson Allentoft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Torne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rainar Bregnemose scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcus Torne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Rainar Bregnemose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Torne came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Odde AC's Rainar Bregnemose. But to his dismay, Rainar Bregnemose quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Samson Allentoft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, STARS's Valter Jama got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Samson Allentoft who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STARS's Marcus Torne was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Samson Allentoft's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Torne was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the game, Rainar Bregnemose cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Marcus Torne was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samson Allentoft fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Torne having to interfere. In the 41st minute, one of STARS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for STARS. 48 minutes into the game, Boye Jervild was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Odde AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STARS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Odde AC's Boye Jervild got a free kick in the 48th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Bob Aebeloe managed to get in a good position for a shot. STARS's supporters rose to their feet, but Bob Aebeloe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asbjørn Ersteiner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rainar Bregnemose stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Odde AC's Samson Allentoft got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aake Vedelsbo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bob Aebeloe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Asbjørn Ersteiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
