Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sofus Todsen got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Brænderup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Sofus Todsen came free, but Gabriel Dartel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sofus Todsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gabriel Dartel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sofus Todsen struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Gabriel Dartel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fc odgaard. Terry Leonhaisen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11thth minute of the game Sofus Todsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brænderup SIK's Gabriel Dartel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ronni Lamp hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Gabriel Dartel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terry Leonhaisen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Dartel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sofus Todsen's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Asfred Annesen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sofus Todsen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Dartel having to make a save. Sofus Todsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gabriel Dartel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frits Gatholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half fc odgaard were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Asfred Annesen to strike the kick off in the second half. Sofus Todsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Brænderup SIK's goalkeeper Gabriel Dartel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Terry Leonhaisen. In the 56th minute of the match, Sofus Todsen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabriel Dartel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Terry Leonhaisen during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Brænderup SIK booed when fc odgaard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terry Leonhaisen didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vagn Braby came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the fc odgaard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vagn Braby couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Buster Landt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melchior Ukleya was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. If Asfred Annesen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amdi Parsted fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored fc odgaard's protests and gave Amdi Parsted a yellow card for diving instead. The attack was good, but when Buster Landt in the 76th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 95th minute of the match fc odgaard got a corner. Brænderup SIK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vagn Braby ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vagn Braby got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gabriel Dartel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. fc odgaard's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
