Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salomon Luno ran back to his position shaking his head. Salomon Luno charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salomon Luno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Bønderby FV got a freekick which was hit by Salomon Luno. In the 17th match minute, Bønderby FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Runar Sichel to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Dartel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salomon Luno, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Gabriel Dartel came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Bønderby FV's Salomon Luno. But to his dismay, Salomon Luno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, Brænderup SIK's Paulo Jarnwel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jasper Thræn. Gynter Kobstrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gabriel Dartel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gynter Kobstrup made a kick off. A collision led to Bønderby FV getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Lauritz Kerlok hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bønderby FV's zone, Asfred Annesen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jasper Thræn came out of the goal and Asfred Annesen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asfred Annesen hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute of the match Paulo Jarnwel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jasper Thræn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Asfred Annesen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jasper Thræn was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Brænderup SIK's Gabriel Dartel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gynter Kobstrup in the 72nd minute of play. A hard shot 74 in the game by Salomon Luno from a close distance when the talented Gabriel Dartel managed to make a qualified save. Brænderup SIK's players were relieved. Gabriel Dartel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gynter Kobstrup in the 78th minute of the match. Gabriel Dartel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salomon Luno went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Romeo Garf hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Asfred Annesen struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Jasper Thræn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brænderup SIK. Bønderby FV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
