After 61 minutes, Kristof Ambech mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spjarup and the Gundtoft FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gundtoft FC's Bendt Salberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Gundtoft FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Richard Amstrup managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spjarup's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Amstrup was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bendt Salberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
