Arnfred Saksenborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Kadsted having to interfere. In the 4th match minute, Bårup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Arndrup to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Bårup's Valther Laernoes got control of the ball when Curt Pragler tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th minute, Hans Arndrup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Arnfred Saksenborg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bert Ebbekær had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curt Pragler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Møgeltorum AC's Valther Laernoes threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bert Ebbekær, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bårup's Valther Laernoes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Bårup from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Møgeltorum AC's zone, Arnfred Saksenborg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Kadsted came out of the goal and Arnfred Saksenborg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnfred Saksenborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Kadsted having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Møgeltorum AC's Jaspar Rossmann got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Gunner Boudil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bårup fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Møgeltorum AC booed when Bårup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kresten Godsk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bårup's zone, Curt Pragler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valther Laernoes came out of the goal and Curt Pragler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunner Boudil to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnfred Saksenborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Kadsted having to interfere. Mikki Bjørnskov kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bert Ebbekær in the 63rd minute of play forced Bårup's goalkeeper Valther Laernoes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bårup's Valther Laernoes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Ebbekær in the 66th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Bert Ebbekær left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Møgeltorum AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 70 minutes into the game, Rene Juul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Møgeltorum AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bårup the free kick. In the 70th minute, Rene Juul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valther Laernoes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curt Pragler, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Steffen Kadsted made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnfred Saksenborg in the 79th minute. Steffen Kadsted came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Bårup's Arnfred Saksenborg. But to his dismay, Arnfred Saksenborg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Bert Ebbekær sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute Bert Ebbekær shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valther Laernoes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sophus Tved in the 99th minute of play forced Bårup's goalkeeper Valther Laernoes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bårup walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
