A wasted opportunity for Squirrel Nut Zippers. Karsten Glader received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vedsted FC's Nicklas Sachsenskjold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walther Kolos in the 28th minute of play. Lavritz Nørsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicklas Sachsenskjold having to interfere. The supporters of Squirrel Nut Zippers booed when Vedsted FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Krabholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lavritz Nørsten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lavritz Nørstens short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Nicklas Sachsenskjold to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walther Kolos in the 44th minute of play forced Vedsted FC's goalkeeper Nicklas Sachsenskjold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lavritz Nørsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicklas Sachsenskjold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walther Kolos in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

If Lavritz Nørsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicklas Sachsenskjold was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicklas Sachsenskjold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walther Kolos in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Squirrel Nut Zippers booed when Vedsted FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Krabholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lavritz Nørsten in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicklas Sachsenskjold prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walther Kolos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicklas Sachsenskjold having to interfere.
