Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jack Herlis started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Stenderup's zone, Jack Herlis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigfrid Vensby came out of the goal and Jack Herlis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltazar Dreiberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tristan Strandsbjerg in the 9th minute. In the 9th match minute, Assens FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linus Fischmann to maneuver through the defense. Tristan Strandsbjerg struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Baltazar Dreiberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stenderup. When Nikolaj Bitomsky fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Assens FC's protests and gave Nikolaj Bitomsky a yellow card for diving instead. Nikolaj Bitomsky kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Jack Herlis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigfrid Vensby having to interfere. Baltazar Dreiberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Strandsbjerg, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Sigfrid Vensby came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Assens FC's Jack Herlis. But to his dismay, Jack Herlis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 35th match minute, Assens FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Windbækgaard to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Assens FC got a freekick which was hit by Sofus Ginz. Tristan Strandsbjerg in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baltazar Dreiberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 39 minutes into the game, Stenderup's Karsten Thornsen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baltazar Dreiberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 41st minute, Reinar Rokkedal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sigfrid Vensby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Herlis in the 45th minute of play. When Jack Herlis came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Assens FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack Herlis couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tristan Strandsbjerg to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Karsten Thornsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stenderup's supporters rose to their feet, but Karsten Thornsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltazar Dreiberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tristan Strandsbjerg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Assens FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Windbækgaard to maneuver through the defense. Tristan Strandsbjerg succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. Baltazar Dreiberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karsten Thornsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Assens FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Strandsbjerg came free, but Baltazar Dreiberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tristan Strandsbjerg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 played minutes Assens FC got a freekick which was hit by Linus Fischmann. When Karsten Thornsen, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 70 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Baltazar Dreiberg was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Tristan Strandsbjerg fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stenderup's protests and gave Tristan Strandsbjerg a yellow card for diving instead. Tristan Strandsbjerg hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Karsten Thornsen struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Baltazar Dreiberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stenderup. Tristan Strandsbjerg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Karsten Thornsen notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Assens FC's Baltazar Dreiberg. Baltazar Dreiberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Assens FC's goalkeeper Baltazar Dreiberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Assens FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
