An unexpectedly hard shot by Jochum Unters in the 6th minute of play forced Forneby's goalkeeper Jørn Vingdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timo Grodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jørn Vingdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Forneby's goal looked a bit too open when Jochum Unters came free, but Jørn Vingdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldemar Kragholt hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Sten Klitholt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jann Licht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hadbjærg FC's Jochum Unters got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jørn Vingdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Hadbjærg FC's Jochum Unters sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jørn Vingdal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernhard Rahn during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Forneby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernhard Rahn to maneuver through the defense. Jann Licht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mads Jendal, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When Mads Jendal came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Forneby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mads Jendal couldn't finish the play. Sten Klitholt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jann Licht having to interfere. A hard shot 40 in the game by Timo Grodin from a close distance when the talented Jørn Vingdal managed to make a qualified save. Forneby's players were relieved. Mads Jendal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jann Licht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mads Jendal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute Jochum Unters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jørn Vingdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jochum Unters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hadbjærg FC's Sigmund Myron got a free kick in the 60th minute. Forneby's Nicolas Østenvind couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hadbjærg FC. When Timo Grodin fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hadbjærg FC's protests and gave Timo Grodin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Forneby getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Franck Been hit a great ball. Jørn Vingdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timo Grodin in the 81st minute of play. Bernhard Rahn got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Bernhard Rahn kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Jochum Unters struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Jørn Vingdal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hadbjærg FC. Jann Licht made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sten Klitholt in the 93rd minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
