Gotfred Ratjen kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Taulov's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolaj Teinborg came free, but Therkil Holmdorf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Taulov getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Svenne Bianchi hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronnie Porsig in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Therkil Holmdorf saved Taulov from getting behind. Nikolaj Teinborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Therkil Holmdorf having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Taulov got a freekick which was hit by Terkel Bøhme. Therkil Holmdorf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronnie Porsig, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Nikolaj Teinborg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Terkel Bøhme tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Therkil Holmdorf. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronnie Porsig stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikolaj Teinborg got free with Therkil Holmdorf in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Therkil Holmdorf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikolaj Teinborg in the 58th minute. With a little luck, Taulov's Therkil Holmdorf got control of the ball when Nikolaj Teinborg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Therkil Holmdorf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronnie Porsig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Therkil Holmdorf was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Iver Vincentzen put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Kristof Trokfeldt. Terkel Bøhme kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ronnie Porsig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Therkil Holmdorf having to interfere. Iver Vincentzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristof Trokfeldt having to interfere. The Dybvadsrække supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dybvadsrække would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
