Edvard Matthæus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Tind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aabjærg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sergei Øskov was slow to take the kick. During this time Tange's players had a chance to rest. Sergei Øskov made a great header on Tange's corner, it was just that Aabjærg's Edvard Matthæus managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Theis Tildestrup got free with Edvard Matthæus in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vagnar Korbo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the game, one of Tange:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aabjærg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Chris Tind scored to the left of an out of position Edvard Matthæus, making the score, 1-1. Maurits Longfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Nevart having to interfere. Aabjærg's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Chris Tind 41 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Theis Tildestrup's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Edvard Matthæus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Maurits Longfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Tind to make the kick off. Maurits Longfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Kevin Nevart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Nevart made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurits Longfors in the 59th minute. Sean Gaden charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sean Gaden the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sean Gaden hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tange's Kevin Nevart got control of the ball when Maurits Longfors tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Maurits Longfors managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aabjærg's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurits Longfors was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Nevart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Maurits Longfors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roald Lysholdt in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kevin Nevart saved Tange from getting behind. Roald Lysholdt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chris Tind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Matthæus having to interfere. Ejvind Kaalhauge kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Walder Gelan's late challenge caught a Tange's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walder Gelan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Aabjærg getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Walder Gelan hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tange had won after a very even match.
