Ralf Høserich blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konstantin Bjørnsholm having to make a save. If Reinar Israelsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Knud Skæling fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hanbjerg FC's protests and gave Knud Skæling a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hanbjerg FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Knud Skæling hit a great ball. Vejerslev's Lavrits Bergstrup couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hanbjerg FC. Danny Ritsholm charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danny Ritsholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vejerslev getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Reinar Israelsen hit a great ball. Hanbjerg FC's Joacim Rolsdorf couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vejerslev. Samson Seslef could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Otto Jansteen made a huge save. If Ralf Høserich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samson Seslef in the 30th minute of play forced Vejerslev's goalkeeper Otto Jansteen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinar Israelsen charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reinar Israelsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Samson Seslef made a precise shot to the right of Otto Jansteen. Vejerslev's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Jimmy Plockross's late challenge caught a Vejerslev's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmy Plockross helped the player get up and apologised. Jimmy Plockross hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ralf Høserich to strike the kick off in the second half. Vejerslev's Otto Jansteen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Espen Søsborg in the 57th minute of play. With a little luck, Hanbjerg FC's Konstantin Bjørnsholm got control of the ball when Ralf Høserich tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hanbjerg FC's zone, Ralf Høserich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstantin Bjørnsholm came out of the goal and Ralf Høserich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Hanbjerg FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Walter Kelgart hit a great ball. If Ralf Høserich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Finn Bommer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Konstantin Bjørnsholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samson Seslef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walter Kelgart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samson Seslef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Otto Jansteen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Samson Seslef ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Otto Jansteen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Konstantin Bjørnsholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Høserich, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 85th minute, Walter Kelgart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otto Jansteen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espen Søsborg in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vejerslev players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hanbjerg FC.
