Årsdale's Nickolai Biorn got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Årsdale's Elias Vieger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Røhlings in the 5th minute of play. After 6 played minutes Årsdale got a freekick which was hit by Isak Høster. David Engdahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jon Røhlings charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jon Røhlings the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jon Røhlings kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Årsdale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isak Høster to maneuver through the defense. Lynge Prydsø scored 2-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Tarp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Årsdale getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Isak Høster hit a great ball. Jon Røhlings might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Vieger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jon Røhlings ran back to his position shaking his head. Elias Vieger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Engdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pablo Kviesgaard was the one to do the kick off. Vincent Aarre's late challenge caught a Årsdale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vincent Aarre helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Kaastrup FV got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Aarre. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Elias Vieger successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Isak Høster hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 2-1 became the score in the 93rd minute when David Engdahl elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Årsdale fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kaastrup FV had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
