Ferdinand Hesselgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markus Damsted having to make a save. Markus Damsted made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Ferdinand Hesselgren sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 8 minutes, Matthias Thaysen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mejdal FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matthias Thaysen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Einer Dragstrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svenaage Kvistgaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Markus Damsted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svenaage Kvistgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Markus Damsted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svenaage Kvistgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The supporters of Skaaphusmark booed when Mejdal FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franck Brandager didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Mejdal FV's Markus Damsted got control of the ball when Ferdinand Hesselgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match, Svenaage Kvistgaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Markus Damsted saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mikael Blidorf stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matthias Thaysen's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Matthias Thaysen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mejdal FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias Thaysen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikael Blidorf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Markus Damsted stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinand Hesselgren's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 32ndth minute of the game Svenaage Kvistgaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mejdal FV's Markus Damsted was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferdinand Hesselgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Markus Damsted made a huge save. When William Skeldahl fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mejdal FV's protests and gave William Skeldahl a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mejdal FV's William Skeldahl got a free kick in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Hesselgren got free with Markus Damsted in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
After 54 played minutes Einer Dragstrup rounded Skaaphusmark's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. Einer Dragstrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Blidorf having to interfere. Ferdinand Hesselgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Markus Damsted tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthias Thaysen got free with Mikael Blidorf in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alan Jørgart's late challenge caught a Mejdal FV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Jørgart helped the player get up and apologised. Alan Jørgart kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Einer Dragstrup fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mikael Blidorf, passed just outside the right post. Matthias Thaysen might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mikael Blidorf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matthias Thaysen ran back to his position shaking his head. Mikael Blidorf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einer Dragstrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Mikael Blidorf was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gunnar Sletner. Matthias Thaysen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mikael Blidorf firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 85th minute, Ferdinand Hesselgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svenaage Kvistgaard in the 89th minute of play forced Mejdal FV's goalkeeper Markus Damsted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Matthias Thaysen made a precise shot to the right of Mikael Blidorf. Skaaphusmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Matthias Thaysen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mejdal FV players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
