Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Markus Damsted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jes Logan in the 3rd minute of the match. Gabriel Stræde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markus Damsted having to interfere. If Einer Dragstrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Einer Dragstrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. John Unold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Anders Tauby fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mejdal FV's protests and gave Anders Tauby a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mejdal FV getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Anders Tauby hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Ørholm SIK's Gabriel Stræde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Markus Damsted narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 25 played minutes, Mejdal FV's Ulrich Dose shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper John Unold came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mejdal FV reached it. After a rather tough play, Ørholm SIK's Abel Thomassen got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of Ørholm SIK booed when Mejdal FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrich Dose didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jes Logan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Markus Damsted tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Markus Damsted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Stræde in the 44th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Einer Dragstrup stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Einer Dragstrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. John Unold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Mejdal FV got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Thaysen. Franck Brandager kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Jes Logan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ørholm SIK's John Unold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Thaysen in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jes Logan in the 63rd minute of play forced Mejdal FV's goalkeeper Markus Damsted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthias Thaysen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Einer Dragstrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jes Logan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 70th minute. Ørholm SIK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. John Unold didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Einer Dragstrup went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. John Unold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einer Dragstrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Jes Logan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jes Logan struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Markus Damsted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ørholm SIK. The supporters of Mejdal FV booed when Ørholm SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åge Brunsø didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Mejdal FV's Gunnar Sletner tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ørholm SIK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
