Nicky Mindstrup scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erhardt Gadholt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Brænderup's Niki Tømming got control of the ball when Micky Dalsa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peder Vinjebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erhardt Gadholt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute Nicky Mindstrup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhardt Gadholt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peder Vinjebo was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Brænderup's goalkeeper Niki Tømming, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Torkild Kongshøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niki Tømming having to interfere. Nicky Mindstrup could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Erhardt Gadholt made a huge save. When Nicky Mindstrup came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Brænderup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicky Mindstrup couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Brænderup booed when Rygaardstrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Frejvald didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Brænderup's Peder Vinjebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erhardt Gadholt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Niki Tømming showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micky Dalsa in the 69th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the match Rudy Lillienborg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erhardt Gadholt skillfully saved the ball. Nicky Mindstrup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Rygaardstrand's Laus Gucwa got a free kick in the 85th minute. Nicky Mindstrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Erhardt Gadholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Brænderup could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rygaardstrand throughout the match.
