In the 6th match minute, Lysabbel AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold Wittrog to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Asperup getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Harold Menholt hit a great ball. Lysabbel AC's Vagn Nordbye proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Lysabbel AC from getting a goal against them. If Abel Rendborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Volmar Lundskær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Rendborg, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Lysabbel AC's Abel Rendborg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Volmar Lundskær made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Peder Heurlin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vagn Nordbye read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. If Thomas Drejfald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peder Heurlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the game, Elmer Hagbo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asperup's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lysabbel AC the free kick. Elmer Hagbo hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Peder Heurlin made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Asperup's Harold Menholt got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Abel Rendborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harold Menholt charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harold Menholt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, Asperup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold Menholt to maneuver through the defense. Elmer Hagbo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Lysabbel AC's Willy Puckow couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Asperup. 73 minutes into the game, Asperup's Peder Heurlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vagn Nordbye made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Asmus Brøllund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Lysabbel AC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Robert Rovang hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Asmus Brøllund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Georg Borkner fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lysabbel AC's protests and gave Georg Borkner a yellow card for diving instead. 98 minutes into the match, Asperup's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Rendborg came free, but Volmar Lundskær reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lysabbel AC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Asperup.
