The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Brente's zone, Moritz Strack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thue Vilens came out of the goal and Moritz Strack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th match minute, Boest SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Rossil to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th play minute Torben Snejbjerg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Teddi Baudtler. 1-0. In the 11th minute, Edgar Meisel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Teddi Baudtler. The goal made the score 2-0. After 15 played minutes Brente got a freekick which was hit by Artur Frese. Moritz Strack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thue Vilens having to interfere. When Kirstein Merten came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Boest SIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kirstein Merten couldn't finish the play. Kirstein Merten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moritz Strack to strike the kick off in the second half. Moritz Strack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thue Vilens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moritz Strack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes in the game, Kirstein Merten fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Thue Vilens having to interfere. If Edgar Meisel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boest SIK's Teddi Baudtler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Meisel in the 71st minute of play. Edgar Meisel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teddi Baudtler having to interfere. Teddi Baudtler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Meisel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moritz Strack succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. Teddi Baudtler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Meisel's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Thue Vilens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moritz Strack in the 98th minute of the match. Boest SIK's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Brente had won, even though Boest SIK had held more of the ball.
