In the 4th minute, Svenne Biirsdahl sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Futting's Olfert Daring didn't even have to move. After 5 minutes, Håkon Lien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Futting and the Kongshoved AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Håkon Lien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Kongshoved AC's goalkeeper Olof Mannov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimi Hjalager. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Jimi Hjalager managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futting's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimi Hjalager was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olof Mannov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leopold Havlit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Olof Mannov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Leopold Havlit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Mannov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Vassing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Futting's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Vassing came free, but Olfert Daring reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Vassing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Olfert Daring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roland Vassing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopold Havlit was the one to do the kick off. Detlev Krejbo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Olof Mannov. Kongshoved AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Futting's Olfert Daring got control of the ball when Konrad Winkelmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopold Havlit in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olof Mannov saved Kongshoved AC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jimi Hjalager's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olof Mannov was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. A collision led to Futting getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Teddi Florina hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Thorkil Corris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konrad Winkelmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olfert Daring took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Vassing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olfert Daring stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roland Vassing's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Kongshoved AC's Olof Mannov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimi Hjalager in the 77th minute of play. Jimi Hjalager blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olof Mannov having to make a save. Konrad Winkelmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leopold Havlit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Konrad Winkelmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kongshoved AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Konrad Winkelmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olfert Daring breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kongshoved AC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
